Paperazzi - Rules

Paperazzi is a technical paper presentation event where participants present a paper based on research, systematic investigation or experimental analysis.

The paper is judged based on the content, amount of research effort put in and written as well as oral presentation.

RULES:

1.	A team can consist of maximum 3 members and minimum 2 members. Inter-collegiate teams are allowed.
2.	The maximum length of the paper should not exceed 15 pages in the specified template and the synopsis should not exceed 500 words, page number must be mentioned on each page.
3.	Paper template specifies IEEE standard format with font Times New Roman, font size 16. Papers written in free format will not be considered.
4.	Participants are required to submit a soft copy via e-mail to the event id. Participant names, registration number, college names and contact numbers should be included with the document.
5.	The finalists selected will be notified via e-mail or phone by 24th Feb, 11am.
6.	Participants must carry 4 hard copies of their paper, preferably A4 size in a proper binded form.
7.	The final presentation will be done by using Microsoft Power Point (Data Projector will be provided).
8.	Each team has 10 minutes for presentation, which will be followed with a 3 minute question & answer round. Presentations exceeding 10 minutes are liable for negative marking.
9.	Results will be declared on the day of the event. The decision of the selection committee will be final and binding.

1.	Last date for registration & submission of soft copy: 23rd Feb, till 5:00 pm
2.	Final event: 25th Feb, 2:00pm
In case of ambiguity or mistakes, event head reserves the right to call for a re-presentation. Decision concerning the no. of finalists solely depends on the event head.
